Pet Policy
- Pets are NOT allowed in the store at any time.
- Service animals ARE allowed in the store.
- Top Cut Comics reserves the right to ask if an animal is a service animal and the service being provided upon entering the store.
- Top Cut Comics reserves the right to ask a customer and their service animal to leave the premises if the animal should cause a disturbance or any mess.
- Emotional support animals are not the same as a service animal, and Top Cut Comics reserves the right to not allow them in store.
