Per the contract signed upon subscribing to comics with Top Cut Comics, customers are agreeing to pick up comic books at a minimum of once monthly. The following outlines the procedures surrounding subscriptions left unclaimed for a month or more.

One month without pick-up: On the first of the month, if a customer has not picked up their subscriptions within the previous month, Top Cut Comics will give a courtesy call and inform the customer that their comics need to be picked up. As long as we are able to reach you during this time, no action will be taken. In the event that we are unable to reach you, your account will be flagged to be frozen at the end of the current month unless picked up. If your subscription account is frozen, we will not continue to fill your comic pulls until all comics are picked up. Once all comics are collected and paid for, Top Cut Comics will resume filling your subscriptions as before.

Two months without pick-up: On the first of the month, if a customer has not picked up their subscriptions within the previous two months, Top Cut Comics will call and inform the customer that their comics will need to be picked up to avoid immediate cancellation. Once subscriptions are canceled, they are unable to be resumed without filling out all of the necessary paperwork and selecting all titles once more.

Subscriptions canceled due to delinquency will require pick up within one month of cancellation. In the event that comics are not picked up in this time frame, Top Cut Comics will charge the card on file for all comics and the cost of shipping, and ship to the address on file for the former subscription customer.

If Top Cut Comics is unable to charge and ship delinquent subscriptions because the card on file is not up to date, the offending customer will not be allowed to begin new subscriptions with Top Cut Comics at any point in the future.
