Enrollment & Getting Started
Q: How do I sign up for the new Top Cut Rewards program? A: You can sign up for the Top Cut Rewards program by creating a customer account either:
- In-store at the register during your next purchase.
- Online when you create an account on our website.
Q: Is there a cost to join Top Cut Rewards? A: No, enrollment in the program is completely free.
Earning Points
Q: How many points do I earn for my purchases? A: You earn 5 points for every $10.00 (USD) spent on qualifying purchases, both online and in-store.
Q: Do I earn points on every product? A: You earn points on virtually all purchases. If any specific item or category is excluded (such as gift cards or tax), this will be noted at the time of purchase.
Redeeming Points
Q: What is the minimum number of points I need to redeem a reward? A: You must accrue a minimum balance of 50 points to redeem a reward.
Q: What is the value of the reward? A: Fifty (50) points may be redeemed for a $10.00 discount off a single future purchase.
Q: Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time? A: Yes. You may redeem up to a maximum of fifty (50) points (which equals a $10.00 discount) on a single future transaction.
Q: Can I combine multiple $10 discounts on one purchase? A: No, the redemption is limited to a maximum of one 50-point discount ($10.00) per single purchase transaction.
Punch Cards and Transition
Q: What is happening to the old in-store Punch Card system? A: The Punch Card system is being retired in favor of the new digital Top Cut Rewards program.
Q: If I have a full Punch Card, when is the last day I can use it? A: Full Punch Cards will be honored until January 31st. We strongly advise customers to redeem any full cards before this date, as they will no longer be accepted after the deadline.
Q: Can I convert my partially filled Punch Card into new Rewards points? A: No, only full Punch Cards are eligible for redemption until the January 31st deadline. Partially filled cards cannot be converted into the new point system.
