Special Order Policy:

 

  • Items that have been special ordered for a customer will be held for a maximum of 6 weeks from the date they have been received.
  • If a customer makes a payment of at least 20% of the full price of the items, the period will extend for 2 weeks from the date of payment.
  • If a customer wishes to cancel a special order that has already been placed, they may do so at any time. This may result in having to provide a 20% down payment for all future special orders.

Hold Policy

 

  • Customers may hold items for one week.
  • Customers must provide a name and phone number in order to hold an item.
  • Top Cut Comics will call the number on file 24 hours before the hold item is to be put back out for sale.
